In order to be respectful of our fellow RMTs and patients, please call our office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your next appointment. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. This cannot be billed through extended health and is due before another appointment can be made.

Credit Card on File

We require a credit card on file for all appointments. Your card will only be charged as per our cancellation policy for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24h notice.

Direct Billing

We offer direct billing for a majority of providers. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate coverage for the treatment. Any amount not covered by insurance will due at the time of service. This includes ICBC claims. In case of a portal outage, the patient remains responsible for paying for the treatment upfront and manually submitting their claim. Please note, we have no access to see a patient’s coverage amount for private insurance and we ask you direct those questions to your extended health insurance provider.
