Book an Appointment
Welcome to Mad Bodies!
Kerri isn’t taking new patients at the moment, but if you’ve seen her before, please keep booking with her as usual — she’d love to see you! If you’re new to our clinic, we’d be happy to have you book with Nathan and get started on your care with him.
Paul has passed his RMT exams and is waiting for registration. While he continues non-registered massage appointments, you can email us at mad-bodies@outlook.com to join his RMT waitlist.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you can’t make it, please call us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to the missed treatment. This fee cannot be billed to extended health and must be paid before booking again.
Credit Card on File
We require a card on file for all appointments. Don’t worry — it will only be charged if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, in line with our cancellation policy.
Direct Billing
We’re happy to offer direct billing for most insurance providers. Please double-check your coverage before your visit, as any amount not covered — including ICBC claims — will be due at your appointment. If there’s ever a portal outage, payment is required upfront, and you can submit the claim yourself. Since we can’t see your coverage details, we recommend contacting your insurance provider with any plan questions.

Kinesiology
Kinesiology appointments typically involve an assessment of a person’s movement patterns, posture, and physical condition. During the session, a kinesiologist may evaluate muscle strength, joint mobility, and any imbalances or restrictions in movement. The practitioner might use various techniques, such as manual therapy, corrective exercises, and stretches, to help improve function, prevent injuries, and enhance performance. Kinesiology appointments are often tailored to the individual’s needs, whether for rehabilitation, sports performance, or general health and wellness. They may also provide guidance on posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies
Non-Registered Massage Therapy
Receive a 60-minute massage from a recent graduate of a massage therapy program who is awaiting results of their licensing exams. Each session includes intake, hands-on treatment, and homecare recommendations. While graduates have completed their training, they are not yet Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs).
Important Notes
Graduates are unable to accept patients with ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims
Treatments are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits
Student Practicum Massage Therapy
Our practicum massages are provided by students currently enrolled in a massage therapy program. Each student is supervised at all times by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to ensure a safe, effective, and educational experience.
Your 75-minute appointment includes:

Massage Treatment (60 minutes): A full hands-on massage tailored to your needs.
Homecare (5 minutes): Simple recommendations to support your ongoing well-being.
