Welcome to Mad Bodies!

Kerri isn’t taking new patients at the moment, but if you’ve seen her before, please keep booking with her as usual — she’d love to see you! If you’re new to our clinic, we’d be happy to have you book with Nathan and get started on your care with him.

Paul has passed his RMT exams and is waiting for registration. While he continues non-registered massage appointments, you can email us at mad-bodies@outlook.com to join his RMT waitlist.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you can’t make it, please call us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to the missed treatment. This fee cannot be billed to extended health and must be paid before booking again.

Credit Card on File

We require a card on file for all appointments. Don’t worry — it will only be charged if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, in line with our cancellation policy.

Direct Billing

We’re happy to offer direct billing for most insurance providers. Please double-check your coverage before your visit, as any amount not covered — including ICBC claims — will be due at your appointment. If there’s ever a portal outage, payment is required upfront, and you can submit the claim yourself. Since we can’t see your coverage details, we recommend contacting your insurance provider with any plan questions.

Registered Massage Therapy

If it is beyond 12 weeks from the date of your accident, or you require additional sessions, please contact the clinic so we can arrange to additional approval from your adjustor. We direct bill to ICBC and they currently cover 100% of the treatment fee.
